1. Research Use Only

All products on Peptelligence are sold strictly for research use only (RUO). Products are not for human or animal consumption, are not approved by the FDA for any therapeutic use, and may not be administered as part of clinical care.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing, you attest that you are at least 18 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution, and that the products will be used solely for legitimate research.

3. No medical claims

We make no medical, therapeutic, or curative claims about any peptide sold here. Information about mechanism of action is provided for research-context only and is not a recommendation for clinical use.

4. Returns

Sealed, unopened, in-date vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping. Opened vials cannot be returned.

5. Shipping & customs

Domestic shipping is 2-day insulated mail and free over $200. International shipping requires a customs broker; we cannot guarantee delivery to all jurisdictions.

6. Liability

Peptelligence disclaims all liability for any non-research use of products purchased. By placing an order you indemnify Peptelligence from any consequence of off-label use.
